WARNING PAYPAL – EBAY – INTERNET FRAUD FOR SELLERS

If you found this web page while searching for a specific Person then you are almost certainly dealing with a Scammer. You better stop all communication immediately since this person is dangerous and will probably try to get you bankrupt within shortest time, if not even worse. By the way, the smarter the Scammer, the longer he will wait before he begs you for money or something else.

Online Scammers like to “steal” and use the identities of real persons or companies, or abuse their email addresses as their own sender-addresses, in order to appear more legitimate towards their victims and gain their trust. Ebay classifieds: LKA Niedersachsen warns of PayPal fraudsters

According to the Lower Saxony State Criminal Police Office, fraudsters can be identified on the basis of the following points:

The perpetrators usually use text modules. These can be used universally and rarely relate specifically to a product. The language / choice of words sounds like a translation program, even if the name sounds German.
The perpetrators claim to have a seat / workplace abroad and / or want that the produkt be sent there. (It is also often said that it is a gift for a relative or friend.) For these reasons, the perpetrators pretend that they cannot pick up the product themselves.
The perpetrators are always satisfied with the product, but ultimately give the alleged shipping route through the shipping company (preferably EMS).
Allegedly (more) money was transferred so that the seller can pay the transport service with the difference and shows you fake transfer forms as proof that the payment has been made …

You sent your product in goods away in good faith in the believe that you receive money. But you never see one penny. Detailed report of this scam in German here:

Ich denke, dass die Art und Weise, wie der Betrug durchgeführt wird, in verschiedenen Ländern ziemlich gleich ist.

Übrigens diese Art des Betruges ist nicht neu, jedoch momentan wieder extremst aktuell.

Nach Angaben der niedersächsischen Landeskriminalpolizei können Betrüger anhand folgender Punkte identifiziert werden:

Die Täter verwenden normalerweise Textmodule. Diese können universell eingesetzt werden und beziehen sich selten spezifisch auf ein Produkt. Die Sprache / Wortwahl klingt wie ein Übersetzungsprogramm, auch wenn der Name deutsch klingt.
Die Täter behaupten, einen Sitz / Arbeitsplatz im Ausland zu haben und / oder möchten, dass das Produkt dorthin geschickt wird. (Es wird auch oft gesagt, dass es ein Geschenk für einen Verwandten oder Freund ist.) Aus diesen Gründen geben die Täter vor, dass sie das Produkt nicht selbst abholen können.
Die Täter sind immer mit dem Produkt zufrieden, geben aber letztendlich den angeblichen Versandweg durch die Reederei (vorzugsweise EMS) an.
Angeblich wurde (mehr) Geld überwiesen, damit du als Verkäufer den Transportservice mit der Differenz bezahlen kannst und dir werden gefälschte Überweisungsformulare/Zahlungsbelege als Nachweis dafür gezeigt, dass die Zahlung erfolgt ist …

Du hast das Produkt in gutem Glauben in der Überzeugung verschickt, dass du Geld erhälst. Aber du siehst nie einen Cent. Ausführlicher Bericht über diesen Betrug in deutscher Sprache hier:
