I have been writing to the General since August of 2016 but know him by the name of Whiston Lugard. He told me he was from New York and is currently serving in Afghanistan. He has used many of the photos that are on your site and has even sent me a few more as he was wounded and sent me some shots of his injuries. He asked me to help him pay for a case of money that he was shipping home and was stopped at Customs due to insurance coverage and not enough or correct stickers attached to it. When I coyld not pay the required amount, the General got very angry with me and now does not talk to me anymore. He is supposed to have lost 4.5 million dollars.

Se lo comenté y me dijo que para que miraba en el muro, que si tenía dudas que le preguntase a él. Le dije que por que no iba a mirar en el muro a la persona que me acababa de solicitar amistad. Se lo conté a mi hijo y me dijo que cortara todo contacto y que no permitiera que me enviara fotos, a veces las fotos son virus.

He even had 2 video chats with this person who looked exactly like Gen. Fraser with the smile and uniform, etc. Wanted to send marriage license for quick marriage and wanted me to write to UN to give him R&R if I would pay fees. Dropped him here. I finally called him out on twitter… twitter stopped me from calling him a fake.. the fake person got very angery at me and contacted me on facebook telling me I needed to talk with him.. he threatened me… then sent me a list of about 100 facebook accounts with is pic and name on them… the situation is very strange around these people or person using this disguise…

Wir begannen zu chatten und er sandte das Foto von General Douglas M. Fraser. Er bat mich an den Verteidigungsminister zu schreiben, damit er vorzeitig in den Ruhestand gehen kann. Er nannte eine Gmail adresse dafür! Heute habe ich ihn damit konfrontiert, dass das Foto falsch ist und er sandte ein Foto einer Identitätskarte und war sehr wütend, wie ich behaupten kann, dass er ein Betrüger ist.

Og ville have mig til at betale $10.800 så han kunne komme hjem til mig som jeg afslog. 2 dage senere skrev en anden med navnet Steven Hogan. Han vil sende $750.000 til mig. Som han så vil komme og hente nåt jeg havde pengene. Med det afslog jeg også. For der skulle lige betales 3.800 euro så pengene kunne komme til mig.
