ROMANCE SCAM IS A CRIME AND IT AFFECTS ALL OF US
When it comes to chatting or emailing with anybody in the internet just keep in mind that everybody you do not know may be a criminal scammer, and nobody in the internet will offer you true love, a great occasion, or any amazing business in another way than in the real world – never, UNLESS, IT IS A SCAM. Always think twice. In general: If anybody who you don’t know personally asks you in chat or by e-mail for money – or maybe offers you money or an unexpected advantage – THEN HE TRIES A SCAM WITH YOU! Be aware: these fraudsters are not stupid monkeys. Each one of them is experienced in giving you the feeling that he / she is exactly the person you are searching for, and they know exactly how to make you feel safe and comfortable. They also know to push the “right buttons” to make you do what they want. Read here our best advices:
When ever you receive an email from any unknown person who asks you for your personal assistance / help, or offers you any unexpected advantage, any great business or occasion, asks for your friendship, or even pretends to love you: be aware it is very likely to be the first step of a criminal scam. Many wise people before you have fallen for these criminals, so always be careful and think twice! Nobody in this world falls in love as quickly as a romance scammer. Maybe, you do not recognize their fraudulent e-mails because day by day, the criminal scammers learn more and more how to write e-mails that look genuine. So, even if you are not in doubt and trust the person you are chatting with in full: it is never bad to go for sure! You should keep in mind one very important point:
All scammers depend on their e-mail addresses. Either for writing mails to their (future) victims, to use it as their messenger ID, or for sending their mass-spam mails. This seems in fact to be the only truth in the internet. the mail is asking for money or offering any obscure occasion and the e-mail address does not show up in the results of your database search, just report it to us and help us to prevent other people around the globe falling for the phony attempts of criminal scammers. Do it now, and even do it if you are not in doubt. Help us to protect you. We do not store your e-mail address, and our service is for free. Better be secure in the today internet.
All Scammers, Russian as well as Nigerian Scammers are heavy criminals. You better NEVER get in touch with them. The very first interest of a scammer is to steal your identity (he can make more money by creating a virtual identity or cloning you). It is easy with the details he gets to know about you (your photos, your email address, a recorded cam session, your physical address, your social security number, your bank details, your name, your driving license, and so on). They will use this CLONE OF YOU later in any other part of the world or in your own country for any other scam, eventually a huge BUSINESS SCAM. You will be in trouble to prove your innocence. Even if you will get out of this trap again, you will have to solve your problem. So, better avoid this sad story because NO lady, NO man, and NO occasion can ever be worth to risk your or your familie’s life or health.
What ever you do in the internet – NEVER forget one word: “NO!“. If someone wants you to meet him on CAM: “NO!” (they will record the session with you and use it for scamming the next victim). If somebody wants you to tell him any of your private details: “NO!” (they will keep it in their records about you, and believe me: they will use it one day). If someone who you do not know wants you to tell him your private e-mail address: “NO!” (after their ride with you, they will sell your e-mail address to any other scammer group, and you do not know who will when approach you next).
If somebody asks you to send him money: “NO!” (this is always a scam, what ever story he may tell you). If somebody wants you to cash any cheque or money transfer for him: “NO!” (that is also always a scam. Your bank will maybe cash the cheque, but after some weeks or even days they find out the truth. You will be the one to pay back the debts, your debts). Do not let anybody who you do not know personally send you any gift: “NO!” (you would have to disclose your private address, eventually you will have to pay customs, and the gift will most likely be paid with stolen credit card details).
On online datingsites and so called ‘social network’ sites read profiles exactly – including ALL comments, you don’t waste your time! If you see warning comments of any scambusters – read them, trust them, NO CONTACT! Scambusters are not paid for the good work they do, they just try to warn unaware users, and they do not have any reason at all not to tell you the truth. If there is no picture – be careful – scammers usually do not show their real faces! If there were extremely many visitors on his / her profile but you don’t see many comments, the scammer will have deleted the scam warnings. Also: you can usually see since how many days, weeks or months the profile exists and how many visitors have viewed the profile during that time. If there were more than 2,000 visitors per month, and far less comments of these visitors – NO CONTACT! Scam artists are best equipped and normally, they send out some hundred or even more than 1,000 messages per day to lure potential victims into their trap. Check the friends lists of persons you are interested in. If many friend’s profiles are set ‘private’ it is a strong sign for a scammer because the scammer usually will convince his (future) victims to set their profiles private or ‘for friends only’. So, better be very careful. In general: a normal internet user does not look like a model! Think twice: If a private photo really looks professional then it will be stolen from the internet.
If anything sounds too good to be true – it is probably TOO GOOD to be true.
